Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 September 2026

This document is a draft. It should not be treated as final until the company details are filled in and a lawyer has reviewed it.

By using Dreamer Page you accept the terms below.

1. The service

  • Dreamer Page produces a personalised storybook from the photographs you upload and the story you choose. The book is delivered digitally; on request it is sent for printing.
  • Illustrations are computer-generated; each attempt may differ and we cannot guarantee a particular result. You can regenerate pages you are not happy with.

2. Content you upload

  • You confirm that the photographs are yours or that you have the right to use them, and that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child in them.
  • You may not upload content belonging to others, obtained without permission, or unlawful in any way. Accounts doing so are closed.
  • You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us only the limited right needed to produce your book.

3. The finished book

  • You may use, reproduce and gift the book we produce for personal purposes.
  • Ready-made stories and characters are drawn from public domain works, folk culture, or original writing. Characters owned by third parties are not added to the catalogue.
  • Reproducing and selling the book commercially requires our separate written permission.

4. Printing and delivery

  • For printed orders the file is sent to our print house. Print quality, paper and binding options are shown during ordering.
  • Printing and shipping times depend on the print house; you can follow the order status from your account.
  • Because the product is made to order, cancellation and return are not possible once printing has begun. Please review the draft carefully before approving it.

5. Your account

  • You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password.
  • You may delete your account at any time; deleting it also deletes your content.

6. Liability

  • The service is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

7. Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction.
